Our Land
From our land to your table: a journey through the fields that bring our dishes to life.
Our Farm-to-Table Philosophy
At SanteBice, when we talk about farm-to-table, it’s not just a marketing concept — it’s a concrete reality we live every day. Sante, with his passion for agriculture, personally cultivates much of the produce we use in our kitchen.
We grow vegetables, fruit, aromatic herbs, and olives using traditional and sustainable methods. Respect for nature and its rhythms is at the heart of our philosophy.
Direct cultivation allows us to guarantee maximum freshness and authenticity: from the soil to the plate, every product preserves its original flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
Our Spaces
The Thousand-Year-Old Olive Tree
Our thousand-year-old olive tree is a symbol of our deep connection to the Apulian land. With over 1,000 years of age, this majestic tree has witnessed the passing of countless generations, becoming a silent witness to local history.
The Gazebo with the Tree
One of the most captivating features of our restaurant is the gazebo with a tree integrated into its structure. This unique space was designed with full respect for the existing nature, creating a harmonious fusion between architecture and the natural environment.
On beautiful days, the gazebo becomes the main dining area, offering an immersive experience where guests can dine surrounded by greenery and the gentle breeze of the Apulian countryside.
The Garden and Hammocks
Our spacious garden is a peaceful oasis where guests can stroll among blooming flower beds, aromatic herbs, and fruit trees. A sensory journey that stimulates sight, smell, and touch.
For those seeking a moment of complete relaxation, we’ve set up an area with comfortable hammocks where you can rest in the shade, read a book, or simply enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. In the summer, this space is perfect for a sunset aperitif before dinner.
