Our Story
SanteBice was born in 2010 from the passion of Sante and Beatrice, a couple united in life and work, with the desire to create a place where Apulian culinary tradition could be celebrated through fresh and genuine ingredients.
Sante, with his passion for agriculture, transformed the family land into a thriving garden that now provides most of the ingredients used in the kitchen, ensuring freshness and authenticity of flavors.
Beatrice, known to everyone as "Bice", brought with her traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation, enriching them with her creativity and love for Apulian cuisine.
A Family Tradition
Over the years, the business has become a true family affair. The children, Lucy and Angelo, have brought new energy and ideas while firmly preserving their roots in tradition.
Following in her mother’s footsteps, Lucy works in the kitchen, where she combines modern techniques with authentic flavors. Angelo, with his natural gift for hospitality, manages the dining room and the overall guest experience.
Completing the team is a valuable legacy of experience — a guardian of historic Apulian recipes and a key figure in preserving the deep-rooted traditions of the region.
